Exhibiting at Boutique Manchester
The Concept
Boutique Manchester is uniquely timed and has been created at the request of major brands and buyers for the following reasons:
1). Handbag and footwear brands need to show finalised collections directly after the Paris & Milan fairs because the clothing shows are too early to suit the specific production schedules of many directional European brands. In the past they have shown early collections at the early UK fairs but many collections are never put into production and often the best styles and colours are only launched at the major European fairs. The result: lost sales for exhibitors and wasted budget for buyers who often also miss major new trends and have product category shortages.
2). There has been a trend in recent years due to the economic climate for retailers to order closer to the season. There are many exhibitors therefore who will be selling the current season's stock, this is also an excellent platform for forward-order manufacturers to sell remaining stocks at full price who may previously been forced to heavily discount residual inventory.
3). Jewellery brands tend to sell from stock and the collections are not necessarily so seasonal, it is therefore an excellent opportunity to reach forward order and short order buyers in one event, effectively covering two seasons in one show!

Important notice for exhibitors:
We have tried to contact all exhibitors via personal emails and also via the BTAA regarding EXPO-GUIDE, Construct Data, Fair Guide and FAIRGUIDE. These show guides not only show incorrect data regarding shows without our authorisation but also mail exhibitors with misleading letters asking you to confirm that the details listed for free are correct. Unfortunately when you sign this form there is small print which says that you have agreed to pay over 1000 euro's!
1). These sites are not affiliated or authorised by us to list details of our shows.
2). PLEASE advise all members of staff not to sign any letters confirming your details.
3). Finally if you have signed one of these letters without realising the implications please refer to the following website: http://www.stopecg.org/expo-guide.htm
